My Story
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I grew up in Tyler, Texas, known as the Rose Capital of East Texas, a 1988 graduate of John Tyler High School and attended Tyler Junior College and Jarvis Christian College. Sociology was my area of study, but I have always had a natural love for setting the atmosphere with inspiration and decor.
I literally became an event planner and decorator at the age of 14 when I helped my mom through difficult holidays after the death of my grandmother. And with the preparation it took to plan special occasions and holiday gatherings, I learned the importance of "planning ahead". I realized no matter what takes place in life, good or bad, do something enjoyable to remember the special times. One of my favorite statements then and now is "If you start early, you will have time to remember what you forgot." Over the years it became evident that proper planning and preparation prompted exciting and remarkable events.
Life happens, and time goes by fast, but we must capture all of the moments because they will not be repeated. C's Designs is here to help individuals and families with their life events. Whether it's welcoming a new baby into the world or saying "Good-bye" to a loved one; we are here to make moments memorable and manageable. We will meet you in the season you are in and walk with you until completion.
